How long do I need to come to therapy? Every clients needs are so unique. Some clients choose to come to therapy for a season in their life and others are committed to long term approach . During your first appointment, we will discuss your needs and develop a schedule that works best for you. Some clients opt for weekly while others prefer a bi-weekly appointment. ART Intensives gives you the results you would get after months of therapy. It is much more cost effective than weekly appointments. Clients prefer to schedule half day or full day intensives.

Why the cost?

I know.... it can look expensive. I get it! However, there is a rhyme to the reason. In order to become a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, a Masters' degree was obtained, along with 3 years of clinical supervision. Each year, I am required to renew license(s) along with obtain 20 CEU (the education really doesn't stop and we are HERE FOR IT). Along with the expensive cost of CEU's, the travel, additional supervision and consultation occurs. In order to ensure my clients receive the most up to date treatment, I have speciality training in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) which involves constant training and consultation, I am also a Perinatal Mental Health Certified Provider, which also requires additional training and consultations. The cost for services also reflects expertise in multiple areas along with ensuring there is enough space to ensure quality care. Outside of client sessions, I am required to complete administrative task-such as insurance reimbursements, clinical notes, and consultations with medical teams. Along with providing an in person space and cost of operating a business, phone line, website and book keeping -it can be costly. Therapy is the BEST investment you can make for yourself and I want to ensure my clients receive the absolute best care possible with the most up to date knowledge.

When am I charged for Services? All co-payment/deductible payments are required at time of services.

For all ART Intensives, a 50% deposit is required at time of booking appointment.

What is the cancellation policy? Any appointment cancelled within 24 hours of appointment there is a required charge of $100.00. This is necessary because we make a time commitment to you and this time is only for you.

Do you offer Telehealth Services? Yes! Can't come in person? No issue! We are able to offer telehealth services. I am licensed in the State of Louisiana only.

How do I schedule an appointment? Click "book a consultation" and once a consultation call is completed, clients will have access to online portal to complete paperwork. No need to come early to fill out paperwork. Clients appointments are booked at the end of next session although some prefer to self-schedule depending on availability needs.
