Psychotherapy
Offering comprehensive traditional individual psychotherapy services tailored to adults aged 18 and above. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship issues, perinatal adjustments, infertility or any other mental health concern our therapy sessions are designed to provide support, tools, and strategies to help you achieve emotional well-being and personal growth.
We offer in-person and telehealth appointments in Louisiana.
We do take insurances for traditional psychotherapy sessions . Also note that some health insurance plans not include coverage for certain services. United Health Care, UMR, Cigna, Blue Cross Blue Shield- PPO/HMO/EPO/Oschner, Aetna.
Private Pay is also available.
60 Minute Session $200
90 Minute Session $300
120 Minute Session $400
Super bills are also provided for clients for out-of-network insurance. Payment is due at time of service.
Consultation and Clinical Supervision
- Providing clinical supervision for Master-Level Interns and Master Level Social Workers.
- Consultations with Fellow Mental Health Providers.
- Mitigation and Mental Health Assessments / Forensic Mental Health.
